CHEMISTRY.

Chemistry., an Oakland-based startup manufacturer of full-spectrum cannabis products, wanted to establish an accounting structure in order to minimize costs while maximizing collections as they grow in a new industry. UDC staff negotiated Chemistry’s needs against rapidly-evolving governmental regulations to provide the process and controls Chemistry needed to operate. UDC staff further supported Chemistry by implementing and documenting the procedures, as well as training Chemistry’s team.

Austin School District

Austin Independent School District (AISD) was ready to build new facilities and to upgrade existing ones. They chose UDC staff to design and build their initial Project Delivery modules. In consult with UDC Primavera Unifier was chosen, mainly for its project management capabilities. It was also selected for its ability to track multiple funding sources and the for the systems user-friendly audit capabilities.

UDC staff designed and built business processes with AISD personnel and trained them on best-in-class methodology for designing and building in Unifier. Once completed AISD were left with exhaustive training materials. They continued to engage UDC for several months after hand-over on an on-call support basis.
