As Chief Operations Officer and Creative Design Lead at UDC, RoseJean Weller is responsible for information architecture design and software system integration. She is focused on structural excellence with one eye on project methodology and system usability. RoseJean brings a creative eye to every project. She is also an advocate of outstanding User Interface (UI) design. As a trained web development professional she believes that a good system can make a project run smoothly, make business more profitable and make lives better.

RoseJean brings more than 16 years of practical creative design experience to the table. A graduate of UC Davis, Seattle Central College and Parsons School of Design, her work has spanned a plethora of mediums including visual art, web design and software development. RoseJean has worked with clients in the air travel, infrastructure, marketing and construction industries.
