Dasha Pawlik serves as UDC’s Chief Financial Officer and Executive Process Leader. A twice degreed graduate of UC Davis, Dasha began her career in the San Francisco Bay Area in the wine and hospitality industry. For more than 15 years she has been guiding management teams through the acquisition and implementation of Enterprise Resource Planning systems. She was instrumental in building out the business process structure for start-up companies in the burgeoning cannabis industry as well as in the advertising space.

Today, Dasha’s expertise in end-to-end business processes further enhances UDC’s offerings. Her training and real-world experience in financial operations have afforded her a unique insight into the full cycle of project execution. She focuses on implementing processes to streamline projects and thusly make businesses run smoother.
